Boise State Signs Home and Home's with Louisiana-Lafayette and Connecticut

With all the rumors of possible opponents and desirable teams to arrange home-and-home games with, the news out of Boise State is that Louisiana-Lafayette and Connecticut fit the bill. UConn of course would give Boise State great Eastern exposure, but the agreement with La-La is a little strange.

Louisiana-Lafayette would come to Boise in 2014 with the Broncos visiting Louisiana in 2016.  The Broncos will travel to UConn in 2014, with the Huskies paying a return visit in 2018.

Boise State and Florida State To Play Two-Game Series

The ESPN deal continues to pay huge dividends, getting us games in Boise we have not been able to arrange until now.  Florida State, which set the model for how to go from nowhere to the big time, and Boise State, the closest thing since Florida State, have announced a home-and-home agreement.  The two will play in Tallahassee in 2019 and in Boise in 2020.

This on the heels of the home-and-home signed with Virginia last week.  And--there will be another scheduling announcement soon and it too is a great one.
