Always great to keep the top local players in Boise. Hawkins Mann, a linebacker/offensive lineman from Borah High School, had 47 tackles and 4.5 sacks last season for the Lions. He was named SIC Defensive Lineman of the Year, and also All-State as an offensive lineman. Congrats, Hawkins!
