The Final Regular Season Top 25

Note:  When we list several unranked teams among a team's biggest wins (example TCU ), it isn't because they are big wins, but because those wins are simply their biggest victories and all of those wins are about the same in importance.

Many pollsters were fooled by USC and had them in the Top 25.  They'll have to drop them out now with their 19-point loss to Stanford, but we won't, since we didn't have the Trojans ranked.  In fact, the entire Blue Through and Through Top 25 remains the same, the sign of a pretty reliable Top 25.

Several pollsters have Oklahoma ahead of Iowa.  Even with Iowa's narrow loss in the final minutes, they still have a better resume.  Oklahoma, the pollsters conveniently forget, lost to Texas--Michigan State is considerably better than the Longhorns.  Not only that, but the Hawkeyes have one more win than the Sooners.
