Alabama Moves To #2 After Big Win in Blue Football Through and Through Top 25

The early weeks show teams that have been the most impressive thus far, rather than ranking teams from a biased point of view.  Nevertheless, they will be volatile until the teams sort it out on the field.  The #1 factor in ranking teams is their Biggest Wins, losses are only damaging if they are to unranked teams.  This encourages teams to schedule other Top 25 teams.

Alabama moves to #2 after their close win at Texas A&M.  Clemson still with the most impressive win of the season.

4-2.    Alabama (2-0), held off #20 Texas A&M, Biggest Win over #20 Texas A&M
2-3.    LSU (3-0) crushed Kent State 45-13, Biggest Win over TCU
5-4.    Oregon (3-0) whipped Tennessee 49-14, Biggest Win over Tennessee
3-5.    Georgia (1-1) did not play, Biggest Win over #17 South Carolina, Lost to #1 Clemson
7-6.  Ohio State (3-0) beat California 52-34, Biggest Win over California
8-7.    Washington (2-0) beat Illinois on the road 34-24, Biggest Win over Boise State
6-8.  Michigan (3-0) escaped with a 28-24 win over Akron, Biggest Win over Notre Dame
9-9.    Miami of Florida (2-0) did not play, Biggest Win over #24 Florida
11-10.  Oklahoma State (3-0) outclassed Lamar 59-3, Biggest Win over Mississippi State
10-11.  Auburn (3-0) rallied to beat Mississippi State 24-20, Biggest Win over #15 Washington State
12-12.  Oklahoma (3-0) took care of Tulsa 51-20, Biggest Win over West Virginia
22-13.  Texas Tech (3-0) defeated TCU 20-10, Biggest Win over TCU
15-14.  UCLA (2-0) came from behind to win at Nebraska 31-21, Biggest Win over Nebraska
13-15.  Washington State (2-1) destroyed Southern Utah 48-10, Biggest Win over USC, Lost to #11 Auburn

14-17.    South Carolina (2-1) got by Vanderbilt 35-25, Biggest Win over Vanderbilt, Lost to #5 Georgia
18-18.    Florida State (2-0) humiliated Nevada 62-7, Biggest Win over Pittsburgh
16-19.  Stanford (2-0) downed Army 34-20, Biggest Win over San Jose State
19-20.  Texas A&M (2-1) lost to #2 Alabama 49-42, Biggest Win over Rice, Lost to #2 Alabama
