Pac-12, SEC Dominate Blue Football Through and Through Top 25

The early weeks show teams that have been the most impressive thus far, rather than ranking teams from a biased point of view.  Nevertheless, they will be volatile until the teams sort it out on the field.  The #1 factor in ranking teams is their Biggest Wins, losses are most damaging if they are to unranked teams.  This encourages teams to schedule other Top 25 teams.

How big does the Clemson win over Georgia look now?  Which is why Clemson has been the #1 team on Blue Football Through and Through ever since, and why the national polls now have them climbing closer to this poll.  Clemson still has the biggest win over the season.  Alabama and Georgia are neck-and-neck by virtue of being the only teams in the nation with two wins over Top 25 teams.

The SEC has eight teams in the Top 25, while the Pac-12 has five.  Those are (by far) the top two conferences in the nation this year.
