In an amazing sign of respect, the Boise State basketball team was chosen to finish second in the Mountain West Conference in a vote of league coaches.
The Broncos received 214 votes to tie with UNLV, while defending champion New Mexico is once again the favorite with 23 first-place votes and 263 points. Derrick Marks and Anthony Drmic were chosen to the Preseason All-Mountain West team as well.
