Former Boise State All-American Kyle Wilson recorded the first interception of his National Football League career this afternoon in a game against the San Diego Chargers.
With his New York Jets clinging to a 24-21 lead, the Chargers had a third-and-6 on their own 41-yard line when Phillip Rivers went back to pass. Wilson picked it off and returned it 10 yards, leading to an insurance field goal and the Chargers never threatened after that.
