The future for Boise State football just got even brighter.
Eric Quevedo, a 6-5, 285-pound offensive tackle from West Covina High School in California, accomplished the rare feat of winning Offensive Most Valuable Player honors in the Hacienda League this past season, nearly unheard of for an offensive lineman.
Quevedo visited the Boise State campus Saturday, was offered a scholarship, and committed yesterday.
The Broncos attracted Quevedo over offers from San Diego State, UNLV, and UTEP.
Boise State now has 13 commitments in their 2015 class that will be unveiled February 4 at Letter of Intent Day.
