Projected Colley Ratings, Week Five

Colley becomes relevant this week meaning in layman's terms that the games through five weeks have played themselves out enough so Colley's ratings approach those of Billingsley and Sagarin, who have been doing ratings since Week One.  This generally happens and the closer the computers are to each other, the more we know they are right.  Remember what we are looking for here is not the accuracy of the individual computer projections but the accuracy of the projected Computer Composite, which is an average of all of the individual computer ratings.
