Just to time to help stop Air Force, Ricky Tjong-A-Tjoe has been reinstated by the NCAA. Ricky TAT has been held out for the first six games because his "host family" in Boise allowed him to live rent free. The NCAA requires him to pay his own way, although that rule only applies to student-athletes. If it were an accounting student, it's fine to host the student without them paying room and board and participate in the goodwill exchange program.
