The Initial 2014 Blue Through and Through College Football Poll

Here you have it!  The only poll besides the playoff committee that uses logic.  We don't forget head-to-head matchups, and we constantly analyze early season results to determine if the impression they gave at the time still holds.  Plus, since the PAC-12 and Big 12 expanded without adding Boise State, no PAC-12 nor Big 12 team can be ahead of the Broncos with the same record.  We don't want to reward conferences for running away from competition.
